In accordance with the official directive of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Conviction 2026 is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Electronic Communications Association (EIC), co-organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Blockchain Association (HBA), and hosted by Ninety Eight.
